secluded on 5 fenced acres, yet less than 3 miles from
the village of Cuchara. The views are astonishing and
the river is a mere 10 feet from the house! Inside you
will find the home very spacious with 3 bedrooms and
2 full bathrooms:
-Queen bed in the master bedroom
-2 Twins in the second bedroom
-A "comfortable" futon sleeper in the third bedroom
There is telephone service and washer/dryer facilities.
Priced at $185/night on a 3 night minimum. Please
be aware this cabin also requires a deposit for
booking in advance:
- First night rental is required on stays of 3 nights or
less
- Two nights rental for stays over 3 nights
- 50% down on stays of one week or more
* Terms of this deposit are non-refundable within 30
days of your scheduled arrival date. Please see our
